Refund Policy

1. Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund for your Slim Coffee Booster order. This right applies in accordance with consumer protection principles and, where applicable, EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Conditions for return
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be: returned in its original, undamaged packaging; unopened and with the safety seal intact; accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or contact reference).
Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or damaged on arrival.
3. How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@forestbio.world with your name, order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund: products returned after 14 days; opened or partially used products (unless defective); products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@forestbio.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
